only lights on the car that work are the headlights

so im getting my car finally put back together. i go to test the headlights and they work fine. but i notice no other lights on the car work. no interior light. no trunk light. turn signals dont work (headlights and taillights). my taillights dont work at all (including brake lights.) i get no dash lights. my autometers dont light up. anyknow want to venture a guess on what caused this? i checked all the fuses and they are fine. this is the only thing stopping me from driving the car after being down for a year and a half. i cant go on the street with no brake lights haha
