Only boosting to 6-7psi on ashspec ECU.....

Just installed my ashspec ecu and the boost jets that came with the kit. I took it for two test drives just to be sure and it is still only boosting to dark slash between zero and 14 psi (stock gauge). I feel no performance increase whatsoever. At idle the gauge reads -14. Anyone have this problem?
