I'm changing rear pads and possibly rotors on my 1990 240sx XE and need the torque specs to tighten the bolts back on, etc.

I tried to buy a manual at autozone, but they were all out.

I know helm is the best repair manual that I've used in the past for other mfr's - do they make one for the 240? What do the techs at nissan use?

If anyone has the torque specs and things like minimum runout for pads and rotors (front and rear), I'd certainly appreciate it.

-TIA

thank you.

i did do a search for calipers, torque specs, etc.....

I reused the rotors for now and installed new rear pads.

here's some pics of the process:

Looks by the specs that the minimum thickness of the rear discs is 8.1mm and mine are 7mm, so I'll need to replace those as well.....

I shudder to think what the fronts are at...
