Hey Guys,
We have always put customer service as our #1 priority. Those of you that have dealt with us know that. We believe that good customer service should be the most important thing for any business to focus on. Many businesses that focus on "customer service" seem to always have a bit higher prices and the reason should be obvious. Now you can have the best of both worlds. You do not have to risk buying at a non-legitimate website for the best deals anymore!
We would like to all inform Nico members of our online price-matching system. Ever price-match with a store and they have to call you back or never get a call back? Our system allows you to fill out a quick form on the product page and we'll do all the work for you and let you know if a price-match is approved. Most price-match requests are returned within 24 hours or less (some may take longer for verification).
Of course, most standard price-match policies will apply, (must be in stock, etc..) but we will consider all requests. Please visit our price-match page on our website for more details. You can link to any advertisement for the price-match including magazines, catalogs, website, and even forum specials and group buy. As always, please email us your feedback on anything you may have.
