My Q (1994/TCS/185K) will not start after being driven long enough to warm up. The engine turns over freely, does not even attempt to start. After cooling down it starts immediately and drives normally.

The ECU is throwing code 46/Secondary Throttle Position Circuit.

I'll be performing the troubleshooting from the FSM tonight for code 46, but I was hoping someone might be able to give me some guidance. Anyone else have this experience? Any advise?

Seems like I recall some connector issues for the TPS. Have you done a search? Also recal it is very delicate and not to be trifled with.

Followup: went through FSM troubleshooting process...everything checked out. Code did not reappear--must have been in one of the connections.

Also, the car starts normally, even after warm-up...no more "one-way" trips.
