dee, that was beautiful. couldnt have said it better myself! and im the sleaziest man alive. and thank you paul, i feel sooo much better now since had i swapped in an sr, i wouldnt have an engine anymore. 9000rpm and still strong!!! the CA is all that is man.

Of course rocker arms are a lot cheaper than pistons. This is out of my last CA.

Too much boost, too many rpms, too much timing are tell-tell signs of what happened to that piston.

well, if you consider 0 boost and about 75rpm too much (with about 20 degrees of timing) then yea......

It did that at startup.
