:ohno: other than nissan/infiniti... ?

I need to buy new springs/struts for my front end and figure I might aswell do balljoints, stabilizer end links, springs, strut, strut bearing?? Anything else needed?

Is there anywhere to get ALL of that in one place other than the stealership? I may also need some brake lines. 4x4parts has alot of stuff, but there springs and struts are heavy expensive, and they dont list the bearings and mounts and such needed for a front end overhaul

:gotme

I have 113k on it and Ive had it since 80k I believe but I havent done anything but cheap ebay balljoints and stabilizer links to the front end. Id like to get quality parts this time for the ball joints and stabilizer links, oem or better. And Id like to replace the front struts and springs while Im at it with whatever parts that entails ontop of the assembly as I dont know what to buy for that.

Hoping to get all or most of the parts in one spot, for less than OEM stealership cost...

im about 400 miles away from 120k and the only things ive done so far is my suspension obviously ,and repacked bearings one time while i was putting in longer studs for my bigger rims that i have, but i didnt have to do the stabilizer links or ball joints yet.

How do you know yours are bad? Or are you just trying to knock it out earlier before they actually are bad?

Ive got a front end clunk, I just want to replace mostly everything. Being as balljoints and stabilizer end links are only $140ish ontop, might aswell do them to. And since Im changing springs and struts might aswell change the bearing and such ontop

I just dont know any of the parts or part numbers or what is required to be replaced ontop of the strut assembly, bearing mount and all that jazz, Was hoping someone has done it and has recoreded parts numbers or a few pictures or something

Are you gonna go with stock springs and stuff? Im thinking you are but, order those from your dealer, and dont get the struts from the dealer cause they are overpriced, get KYB GR-2 struts like mine and they are cheaper and better.

And the bearings in our cars are good till like 200k easy, even fueler who offroads and stuff in the sandy baja, and hes driven through rivers and stuff has about 150k on his car and all he did was repack his i think and they are fine.

But yeah you definetly dont need new bearings, just get a bearing packer tool from autozone for like 20$

Strut bearings, they go ontop of the strut assembly
