Today when I replaced the spark plugs, I found one spark plug is sinked into oil !!

What's the problem? How can I fix it?

Thanks a lot.

Your valve covers are probably leaking and need to be resealed.

Whichever valve cover (or side) that the plug was drowned in oil.....

There are 2 valve covers, one on passenger side and one on drivers side.

Similar to this from the 300zx.

The gasket under the cover that surrounds the oily plug is probably gone.

Thanks for your link.

Is it easy to replace it? I attached one picture and circled the oiled spark plug place.

Thanks.

Probably not too bad if you're handy. Having the right parts on hand is important, and the right tools too. That intake has to come off to get to the cover. Maybe a day or two to fumble through it the first time. Take pics and notes so you can get it all back together correctly.
