ok so ive been lookin at adjustable struts and my question is when they say "adjustable" does that mean the ride height? or the ride quality? (soft/hard)

On a strut they are talking about the dampening rate since the ride height is not adjustable as it is on a coilover.

ok thanks bro, the reason i asked is bc i was goin to get struts, ill probably just go with replacement struts and some lowering springs

I have Eibach springs on my car.If you buy that brand go ahead and get the sportline version cause it is going to ride like a log wagon anyway and you get a little more drop.

If the struts are adjustable, they are likely dampening adjustable. Take KYB AGX's for example, the fronts are 4-way adjustable the rear are 8-way adjustable, and will make your dampening progressively stiffer. For the amount that you are going to spend on AGX's ($500) and springs ($150-$250) I would think about getting some ISIS coilovers instead. More adjutability (as far as ride height).
