Hey so Im driving 600 miles on Thursday and would like to figure out if this is a hazard.

Was driving for 30 min and after I got out I check the heat from the rims and my front left drivers side was noticeable warmer rim than the other 3.

No weird smells out of that wheel well. The car came back from a multi point inspection from the deal last week actually after changing oil and everything checked out. They did recommend change brake fluid bc 75k miles.

Car drives fine so what could this be?

I am looking at a brake. It could be as easy as the slide pins requiring lubrication or as bad as a frozen caliper.
It would be best to get it sorted out as extreme heat could cause that brake to fade prenaturely. It also robs your mpg.

Btw, good job on checking your car. I am old school and I do visual checks before most trips. The dealer inspection, although fair, just checks a stationary vehicle in most cases.

Edit:
I saw your additional post on the brake pads being good. I assume they are wearing at a reasonably even rate with the other side.
Guess #2 is the wheel hub/ bearing. Does the wheel hum when you're driving?

I agree with Edbwoy.
First a thorough brake inspection. If caliper slides OK, no signs of excessive pad wear & dust on one wheel, and the suspect wheel spins freely when the tire is rotated (no excessive drag indicating frozen caliper piston) no rotor burns, and brakes stops the car evenly, I would move on to diagnosing the wheel bearing.

Would recommend flushing the brake fluid (bleed all wheels) before replacing the caliper. (before pushing the caliper back in)

Local mechanic did it. They said they didn't do a full flush but did a half flush and refill before pushing back in.

Ill have the deal flush next oil change if important?
