here's what's going on...just installed the turbo kit on my new ka motor. dumba-- me didn't understand that you can't put the jwt ecu and maf in with stock injectors. motor would rev great but popped and would not idle. talked to my guy who sold me the kit (iap) and he straightened that out for me. put the stock computer back in, changed the maf back to stock and left the stock injectors in and wa la. the car cranks up and idles. rough as hell but it idles. here comes the next issue. i used a boost leak tester and found some leaks. fixed em. cranked the car up and pulling -.70's to -.12's on the boost controller and the car is still popping and idleing rough. the numbers are constantly changing on the boost controller. as i rev the car it drops from -.70 to like -.20's and below. i did the egr removal that was wrote up and i think this is where i went wrong. the lines that are on the back of the head with the two relays on the s13 model and the 4 small metal lines inside of the intake runners are not how the are supposed to be hooked back up. can anyone suggest where i need to start in figuing out which line needs to go where? i need some serious help in fixing this problem. anyone ever run across this before? thanks in advance!!!

I would assume one problem would be the stock injectors. Do you have any kind of fuel management?

I know its IAP, but what's your FULL setup?

Your car is too rich at idle, I had an safc and fixed it pretty easily. although it would run for a few minutes before fouling out the plugs... If I drove it cleaned them off.

Those 4 lines that are attached to the intake manifold and go below the TB do not need to be used. I capped them all off and have had no problems.

I used the vacuum port off the intake manifold (down by IACV adjustment screw) for the BOV and plumbed brass tee's off the brake booster line for the FPR and wastegate.
