One more time i need help! 2000 i30 code p0420 ?

Can enyone help me? i have an 2000 i30 with 100k car is runing fine, ses light come on last night, i took it to auto zone and got p420 code.

P0420 refers to problem related to TWC (Three Way Catalyst). Ignoring earlier problems associated with O2 sensors may lead to failure of catalytic converter. Probable cause of P0420 problem - TWC, exhaust tube, intake air leaks, injectors, spark plugs, or ignition timing.
