Driver seat wear & tear

The ***hole who i bought the car from some months ago hid this from me very well. The interior driver seat is breaking right where the left butt cheek would land causing a gaping hole. It doesn't hurt or affect me yet, but i don't want it to get much bigger. Any suggestions? I called nissan and because it is over 60,000km it is not covered under warranty

hmmm, pics? maybe look for a replacement seat from a wrecked AC.

Why did he have a GAPING hole between his buttchecks?

This is happening on my passenger side. You mean the plastic piece right? Near the reclining lever?

I havent fixed it yet. To me it looks like its from pulling the lever on the inside of the seat near the console to slide the seat forward and tilt up and letting it slam forward to fast and too hard. Looks like it should just clip back together but I havent really looked at it too in depth yet, doesnt really bother me all that much because I never see it.
