That happened in Austin Texas (I lives thar!) And I watched it happen. Apparently the whole back story on the guy is that he has been getting screwed by the IRS for the last 20 years and the IRS has caused him to bankrupt 2 businesses. He said he had been gettin double taxed from the IRS on his business attempts. So he burned down his house, hopped into his plane, and flew it into a building.
