Alright, got everything installed and ready to go but I'm having one last problem with a vacuum line. If I plug it up when its starting, it'll start fine, when its not plugged, it won't start. Once everything gets all warmed up I can plug it up and no more boost leak.

Anyone know what this is supposed to be routed to?

Goes to AICV? Whatever the big round gray solenoid thingy next to the thermostat housing is.

yeah, that's the air that feeds the idle circuit. It should t-piece to the pipe that feeds the idle control block, and the other end pushes into the cold idle valve under the throttlebody.

If you connect it up properly and the car doesn't idle..then the idle control block needs adjusting and/or cleaning.

Or replacing the regulator. I used one off of a B13 SE-R (SR20DE). $70 online. Or you can buy one for like $80 or so from a parts house.
