About a mont ago my Z developed a misfire, I have replaced the PTU, tested all coil packs, new plugs, new fuel pressure regulator, all injectors are good, all connectors to the injectors and coil packs are good. There aren't any loose wires at the ecu, and everything seems to be grounded properly. But when i turn it over it cranks for a while but wont start, the crank again an it hydrolocks only one cylinder, the middle cylinder on the drivers side. I am completely out of ideas, I've no idea what to do anymore and i need my car. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Either the injector is stuck open or the signal is jacked up and holding it open. Ideally you want a fuel pressure gauge for this, but unplug the electrical plug from that injector, power up the car, but don't start it then turn off the power and see if the pressure drops quickly. If it does, I would say stuck injector. If not it might be the signal. If you have enough leeway to do so, switch the plugs between the suspect cylinder and its neighbor and see if the problem moves.
