Once again Me=Dumb

So remember how i got those rims? Well they came finally and they look great! But they aren't on yet. Why? Because i am DUMB. The rims are 15 x7. I was gonna use the stock tires...but now i have to go buy some 195/60/15s instead.

So...does anyone have any or know of any cheap 195/60/15's that they would sell?

Nothing on Craigslist in your area right at the moment, though you could post under the auto+truck parts section there ( http://cleveland.craigslist.org/pts ) as a wanted ad and perhaps someone has something laying around they'll sell you.

Used tires are always something you want to be able to inspect in person before you buy. There's probably some used tire shops near you, basically every metropolis has at least one.

That way, you can inspect the tires before they go on the car so you can make sure the tread is good, there isn't any abnormal wear or cracking, etc.
