alright Mad, JDM, and every one else thats been in my corner for this battle i have an update an more fu_cking problemns!! first off ive decided to go buy a big ole dictionary i need some new words to scream at the car while im working the usuall 4 letter ones are gettin old. might as well expand my Vocabulary while i struggle, ok got the car running its cold like 20 deg or less here its running like crap, missing stalling not wanting to rev, once it warms up its little better but still misses some and backfires an studder/stalls when taking the Rpm up fast. turns out i had a IC leak fixed it ran some what better... got it warmed up.. rev it to spool the turbo, the BOV is lettn air out alot of air it feels like it wide open ! got the boost gauge today hook it up into a intake plenum vacum stem. get no reading when the bov is blowing uncontroled, cover the hose coming off BOv up and i get PSI read out !! so i route the bov into the intak before turbo after MAF rev it boost gauge works !!, i take it out for a spin, as im leaving up the drive way im glancing at the boost gauge, it was ghetto rigged runnin from intak to passener where my friend kept watch, well i started to spin in 2nd and the rpms went up the boost gauge hits 10pounds im like ohh sh*T. and lett up... he didnt see it ! we take off down the street and as i get up to 3g on rpms the boost is reaching 10 i think it hit 12-14psi once as i was runing 3rd out !! so i take this boost controler off that i have no clue how to work, i take it out still the boost was getting way to high i couldnt even get it over 3k rpm it was getting to high ! WTF is wrong ??? also my car is eating spark plugs fouling them out dry carbon fouled.. timming is too advanced i think? would this have an efect... i think thats all that happeng with it today ?!?! its like 5:00am i just got home from it
the sucker punch was that my other 240 that i drive all the way out to BFE to work on this one had the starter up and die on me today... so i get her started drive 15mins to auto zone slap down 180 an change for a shinny new one.. get it back do alot of cursing bleeding throwing of sh*T get it off.. some more of the above as the new one went on !! and it starts the car twice and died !!!!! son of a *****ING ********************** 6pm we started.. my granfather comes out we tear apart the old starter. fix a wire by the motor brushes that was being eaten by the armatture or what every the big epoxy thing that rotated is called, grease it up putt it back togther hit it with a batt charger it works.. so we slide the new 180$ paper weight out, and in with the old one with 167000 miles on it and it works !@! for now... the weather is going to be nastier then ever this weekend and my job is dependant on my car, im fn screwed..........
sorry for the lengthy post, but i have to get it out im stressign out big time, im so wanting to just blow this car up now !!!!!!
