On the way to burnt foglight housing:(

SH*T! Installed Piaa Crystal Yellow bulbs in my foglight a couple of months ago. Recently one went out and I assumed it was the bulb. When the new one went 24 hrs after going in, I took the coupe in. The svc guys say the bulb was burning too hot and slowly melting the housing. So they are taking the Piaas out and putting the nasty OEM bulbs back in......all I can say is "UHGGGGGGLY"The only good news for today is my LBC GTR overlays arrived today and are going on tonight or tomorrow morning.......WOOHOO!

Sucks girl. Imma have to check my DDM HID's I bought for the fogs when I get the car back just to make sure it's not doing the same thing.

Let me know what you find out! Are people changing the stock fog housing to HIDs? Thought it would be easier to get a matching bulb.....call me anal, but those OEM fog bulbs are NOT happening when you have HID Headlights!
