I think you should corect the problem by putting a proper drivetrain in there

Nah....It's a work car so I'll leave it alone. I should have a G35c later this year for my RWD pleasure

Yeah, I have been considering that. Getting a '04 and putting the Greddy TT setup in it. I just have to be careful with it since "the woman" will be the primary driver. No way am I going to put miles on the G35c like I do the Maxi....

I'll have to convice my dad to put that Greddy setup in the '04. Man...that'd be insane...what numbers do they claim? Only problems is it my mother who does most of the driving in that car...It scares me to think what she'd do with 300+ (I'm assuming it makes at least that) hp...

As for the whole FWD issue...I've given a little thought to a RWD conversion for the '93. I'll be doing a whole drivetrain swap (to a 6m/t and VQ35 or VQ40) anyhow in the next couple of years once the little VG finally gasps its last breath, and there is what could function as a transmission/driveshaft hump running the length of the car. Only problem is exhaust routing and stuff like that--whatever's in there now will have to go somewhere if I want a driveshaft in there.

However, for a FWD car, the third gen max has one loose a** end. The sixth gen is a whole different story, though.

Next couple years? Dream on. I almost bought a 91 Maxima with 300k. It drove beautifully, I might add. When I came back to the dealer to buy it, it was sold.

Well, the vq45 can handle appx 450hp with factory internals. The TT setup gives appx 400-450hp from what I have seen. Her issue with it is having to learn to drive a stick again, and it being RWD, not the power

Oh, wait...I misunderstood that a bit. I thought he was referring to the Greddy kit for the '04 MAX, not the '04 G35...dammit! DAMMIT! Why WHY can't there be turbo or s/c kits for the transverse VQ35DE?!?!?!?!

It very well may be addaptable, you'll just have to rerout IC piping and the such. That is of course, assuming there is room for the turbo...

There is room for a single turbo, but a TT setup may be a bit difficult...
