I'm on the market to replace my front tirescurrently my Michelin Pilot sports do not match up with sizing very well with my new rear tires

As of now im leaning towards Rikan Raptor ZR. I had a set on a pair of 16 ive owned and they performed very well in the mountains(haven't broken grip up front) and on the track (drifting)

i had to give in and buy a pair of Nankang NSII's for the rear in a 265/35/18 :/ and i DO NOT want to put nankangs up front.

So what do you guys run that's priced for the enthusiast on a slight budget.their going on a pair of 18x9's btw. and the size i'll be buying will be a 235/40/18 or a 245/40/18

Ive owned these and thought they were amazing.ill be checking for my sizes in a bit here.

and by budget i mean bang for your buckbut not "Nankang/Nexen/Sunny" bang for your buck, i already went that route for the rears, and dont particularly want to run those up front.

Take a look at these Bridgestone RE040's on sale on tirerack right now ... $125 each.

They're a touch off of the 265/35, but you can't beat the quality of tire for the price.

Try the new Continental ExtremeContact DWS ... I have been pleasantly surprised by it (tried two sizes: 245/45-18 for my M45 and 205/55-16 for my wife's Acura 2.2CL).

I did some searching and found these within reasonable price ranges(reasonable for me now)Riken Raptor ZRKumho ecsta mzkumho ecsta astkuhho ecsta sptsumito htr z IIFuzion sriDunlop Direzza D2101Sumito htr z IIIHancook ventos v12 k110

and then theirs nankang at the cheapest compared to all the above.

I think the Dunlops sound pretty good for the price, so does the sumitos', and also the hankcook, and some of the Kuhmos.
