Hi i'm a noob to the nissan world and had a few questions. I'm interested in getting a 89-92 240.

1. So what are the specs (hp & tq) # on a Ca18det?

2. What is the stock weight for these cars?

3. Is there any suspension options out there (springs/coilovers, swaybars)?I'm more of a honda guy, but would like to lean towards the nissan's and wish to learn alot from this site. So please bare w/ me on my questions.

Dude, this is pure laziness. You can easily spend 5 minutes searching. I heard there is a new site that is perfect for this sort of thing. Check it out. http://www.google.ca

These cars weigh in the neighborhood of 2750 pounds. There are tons and tons of suspension options out there. Search!
Wikipedia wrote:The 1.8 L CA18DET was the last version of the CA engine to be released. It produces 175 hp (124 kW) and 169 ft·lbf (228 Nm). It received a brand new DOHC aluminum head with 16 valves. The turbocharger was also upgraded to a Garrett T25 (.48 A/R) unit for increased flow capacity, and as such, was fitted with an intercooler to help volumetric efficiency. Fuel was delivered via Multiport Fuel Injection. Bore is 83mm, and stroke is 83.6mm. This near square design, coupled with the head design, allows CA18DETs to spin well beyond 8,000 rpms, even in stock trim. The CA18DET is a robust built engine considering that many people have produced over 600 hp with modification. Often referred to as the four cylindered RB engine.

You didn't search here, don't pretend. Searching for "CA18DET" or "Suspension" would have given you so much information, you would be reading for weeks. Don't forget to check out the specific subforums.

bone_stock_240, you get a hug. Although if they did search, they may have not chosen to search the archives in addition to the recent content.
