Omori 45mm Boost Gauge

Does anyone know where I could order the Omori 45mm Boost Gauge besides http://www.omorimeter.com (which is based in Malayasia)?

The company website http://www.omori-na.com/ says that they will no longer cater to the North American market.

Im looking for 45mm gauge because I will be using a HKS DIN panel that comes with a 46mm hole for gauges. Plus, I like to have a boost gauge that reads in lbs.

Don't know how much you paid for the HKS din panel, but you'll have a much easier time finding 52mm gauges.
