OMG This morning

as of right now my a/c wont start! its making this chatter noise and now im late for school. whats up with this? any of u guys have the same problem? i think the battery is dead but everything seems to work fine just the engine is not starting

Chatter noise? As in the starter trying to turn over? Please be more descrptive...

I highly doubt its your battery - its no more than a year old! Open the hood up and make sure there is enough distilled water in the battery to double check, but I do not believe a battery would die in 1 year...

Sounds to me like it's a dead battery too. It could have died for a number of reasons, the fact that it's 1 year old has nothing to do with it. Your electronics might still work because your battery's not completely dead but not enough juice for the starter. Hook up those dependable black and red cables and get 'er going!

Check to make sure that the battery terminals are tight. Since Nissan (and all other OEM's btw) stopped using lead terminals to connect to the lead leads on the batteries they have been having problems due to dissimilar metals. They loosen up over time.

yea i jumped it and it was fine i cant see why that happened but its all good now

Good to see you got it to start but you know a bettery doesn't drain by itself. You must have left something on to cause it to drain
