In the never ending debate on what the hell i'm going to do for wheels, i've begun thinking about bronze wheels... I think it'll look slick on the black. At the same time, I kinda would like to go with a clean look (I wear a suit to work 4 days a week, so the super tuner-ish look might not help my flow haha )

I'll have a CMod grille installed soon, plus debadging, tail overlays (maybe) and a stillen lip. I have my windows blacked out as well.

Any wheel suggestions anyone? I've exhausted my ideas and nothing has really "popped" for me lately.

I believe, for the purpose of daily driving, I'm going to go to 18" wheels. There are just too many potholes around here and overall it's just a cheaper option. If it were a show car and wasn't my primary car, I'd do 19s (maybe 20s), but for now, 18s are good. I've thought about AME Tracers (although waiting for 6 months for them to be made just doesn't really float my boat much... i'd like them before summer) and I've also thought about Advan F7s (but would rather not spend $4k WITHOUT TIRES. lol I don't think I want to part with $4k even with tires)

Throw out your best suggestions based on the fact that I have a Black on Black leather coupe and trying to retain a classy look (if you want to play my little game of course, ha). Yes, I will be lowering as well... I'm almost ready for coilover purchase at the moment.

Go.

Have you checked out Konig Illusions. I just got mine and love the look. They come in 3 different trim colors, red, silver, and blue which I have.

that looks really nice, loving the blue theme you're going for, but for a guy wearing a suit 4 days a week it might be a little too loud and tuner-ish. i'm in the same boat, where i dress formal-ish to work so i'm also trying to keep down the tuner look, i went out and got the G35 19" rays, they looks much better than stock but still look oem.

I've toyed around with some form of other Nissan OEM wheel (G37s or Maxima SV 19s) but I don't think I want to go with anything bigger than an 18" wheel with all the potholes around where I live. Which sucks. Because a G wheel, M sport wheel, or Maxima wheel would be really nice. And I don't want to spend an arm, leg, and firstborn on Volks, so I guess I'm just gonna have to suck it up. The unfortunate thing is, aftermarket wheel manufacturers are putting out so much gaudy looking crap these days, with the exception of a few of the Konigs and Enkeis that have come out lately. But they're still so SUPER flashy and there isn't a lot of selection for people like me that are in the market for something polished, sporty, and classy.

What about some BBS's?

Click thumbnail for full size version.

You can find some slightly used sets for a decent price.
