Old School Wheels?

I got a question. I want to get some new wheels/rims and i was walking around a junkyard and found these deep dish 14X6 280ZX Wheels

they are straight old school. Right now i have the stock SE wheels and i figured i would ask you guys first before i buy anything.. bash me all ya want just tell me what you think.

6 in. isn't very wide but i guess it depends on the offset. I guess you could get them cleaned up and run spacers...How much are they gonna charge you? Personally i think you should just keep saving your money towards something else. Plus Stock SE wheels aren't too bad.

they want 50 per wheel which isnt too bad and the SE wheels look decent with my car since its the gun metal paint. Im just unsure about what i want to get and want i think looks good.

$50 per ... so they want $200 for a set of wheels that needs re-finished, I'll have to say no.

$80 for all of them, I'd say yes.

There are a few options out there if you really watch ebay/craigslist. I've picked up a few 17" sets over the years for less than $300 with good tires.

Maybe i could talk him down i dont know.. but this guy wanted $80 for a set of S13 Mug guards.. i dont know if he will go any lower than $50 per..

What do you guys suggest? I dont want to get anything ricey. but i guess its all varies by taste.

I'd pass, you can find good sets of swastica's on ebay ro classic z forums for $200 a set and the less desirable 6 spokes you're looking at I've seen for $100 a set in decent condition

plus the swastikas are 15" diameter and those are 14". your car will look pretty retarded.

Well you guys know what your talking about so now im not going to do it. I want to do something different from everyone else but looks good at the same time. Any Suggestions?

my suggestion is, if you dont want something everybody else has, dont ask them for suggestions

Add to which!

You need 'shank' style lug nuts with the old old wheels. They can be hard to find. Sometimes.

Get some SE wheels IMO
