Old member, new altima owner

I've been reading the forums quite a bit and I see lots of progress for the 1st generation altima coupes. I'm really excited to see and hopefully get my hands on the custom projector headlights and LED tails. I still own my 99 Nissan Frontier single cab and I made it my own. A friend of mine did a projector retrofit with some RX-8 projectors and I threw some 4300K XenonDepot HIDs in it. I got a lot of attention! Then I did the usual smoked tail lights, 3" front to rear, then a few audio things and so forth.

But now my coupe is my next project. Although its a 2.5s I see there's lots of aftermarket parts being availible. So far I have a Fujita F5 Intake but I want to work on grabbing some endlinks and a Stillen RSB.

yes i know! i just love how awesome the ride quality is compared to my frontier, i want to enjoy it for a bit. i've been meaning to ask if lowering the car with the springs really bring down the ride quality? i know that some lowered cars hop more. me likey smoooth ride.

Welcome!The eibachs are great... the ride will be more affected by your wheel/tire setup IMHO than the eibachs... If your with 18s its not as much of a difference but the ride on 20s with the eibachs is a significantly different ride.

oh ok makes sense, i don't plan on ever putting 20s on my coupe! 18s yes, 19s max. i'm still on the 16 aluminum alloy for now. thx for the info! im so sad i missed the group buys for headlights :[ i was hoping on doing my own custom retro but i can' pass up the ones i saw on the forum.

i need to start saving cash to drop on upgrades!
