Old Fuel filter = bad mpg?

I still got my fuel filter on my 240sx from the previous owner and it sitting for about close to 2 years.. I just put my sr in and im getting really crappy gas mileage... Im running stock boost but damn i mean less than 200 miles and im already just a hair above 1/4 tank.... could my fuel filter really be messing me over that much? any suggestions?

thats about rite, you probally runnina little rich, check ur spark plugs

ps, change the fuel filter to z32 ($15 at dealer) anyways
