Anyone know what kind of engine is in the old 200SX turbos? like 1986?

it either had the CA20E, the CA18ET, or the VG30E

Its the SOHC ver. of the CA18DET that was put in early Slivias and 180sx's . I dont really know how good of an engine it is. I know it is a cast iron block, but other than that...
