So far i have the following:

93 ka 90,xxx milesFull Felpro engine gasket setSR T25 Turbo ChargerBottom mount turbo manifoldMegan racing turbo elbow and flex downpipeMAF JGS Oil line kit

Now I'm buying next week

550cc Fuel Injectors used.

I Think I might buy this clutchhttp://shop.tougefactory.com/f....aspx

I think it should work correct?

I know I need the ecu and wiring harness but I know someone local selling my ecu so I just need the harness.

I want to run nistune, any comments? I here its user friendly and easy to set up. Anyone with other opinions?

I need...a FMIC, suggestions for size etc?

Should I upgrade the radiator?

What about an oil cooler or catch can? Should I..?

Also....lastly. What plugs and wires should I run?

Thanks for all the help! :D

Wow, guys check out that link thats hilarious..

OP - That clutch is for a SR, so no, it would not work for you. I run a spec stage 3 + clutch(for a ka ) and i love it. Most people love their specs, they have near stock pedal feel, very easy engagement, nice overall clutch. However, spec for whatever reason has kinda a bad rep on their sprung clutches. It might be a quality control issue or something, but some people have had their springs come out of the clutch(real bad).

You dont need a wiring harness.. I think... Your car is running and has its own ECU + harness right? Whats wrong with that?

Nistune ftw. Let a pro tune it. Nuf said.

FMIC, you dont really need a large one you can get away with a thinner one especially if your only gona push a t25. Dont run more than 10 psi and your fine. A 24X8X3 or something along those lines would fit under your core support without modification. Do your own research, idk off the top of my head i run a big one.

Dont really NEED to upgrade the radiator, but its never a bad move.

Dont need an oil cooler unless your tracking it. Oil coolers get really expensive fast once you start adding up the thermostatically controlled sandwich plate(greddy, only good DIY option IMO), the lines, fittings, and the cooler itself.

Catch can is a good idea for your valve cover PCV vent that should run to your turbos intake. Keeps the oil/gas outa your IC system. You dont need it however.

Plugs? BKR7E or something like that, i think thats the right number im not 100 percent. Just copper, one heat range colder than what you run stock, simple, done. Wires? Come on dude.. They are wires. You chose for yourself. Stock is fine unless they are old.

Sorry if I didn't mention I'm running an 89 SOHC so i'm doing a DOHC swap. So I need the harness and ecu plus maf and power steering lines etc.

Sorry didn't notice that about the clutch, I put in my car and when I did it said it was compatible with the ka24de? So the website messed up my bad. I'll look into those clutches thank you.

I plan on upgrading the T25 eventually down the road and I have a HKS wastegate actuator so I don't see why pushing over 10psi is bad? I see people pushing 12 -14psi?

I think I might purchase a catch can.

And I'm just making sure there isn't any different wires people run..Can never be too safe. :P

And I want to run a good size fmic, so how big will it have to be to have to mod the core support?

Is this your daily driver you're going to do this to?

You'll realize fairly quickly that things will take a lot longer than you expected, cost more then you planned and require a bunch of things that you never thought about. You seem to have most of the major parts that you need (might want to think about an exhaust as well), but understand that you'll need a lot more as you move along the project. IMHO it isn't a good idea to do this to a car that you'll NEED to get to work or anything within the next few months. Assume you'll hit snags and it's going to take a while longer than you expect, especially if you've never done this before.

Okay, Maybe I forgot to mention.

This isn't my DD, it's going to either be a second car or track car. It's currently my project car and I've been working on it sense May of 07.

I plan on getting an exhaust but I'd rather have the engine in and started first then buy the exhaust.

Okay so today I'm tearing apart my ka24det(thats what it is now! even if it doesn't run yet. hah)

Okay, I got my felpro headgasket set(whole thing) and the bottom end conversion kit.

And my JGS oil line kit came in yesterday.

Another question(i'm new too boost.) On my sr t25 there is 4 outlets on the exhaust half of it, where the oil receive and drain go, but there is two more. where do those go?

Well depending on how much boost you want to run 370cc injectors might be a cheaper route also if you pick Apexi SAFC that should be fine for minor tuning but if you want to run more than 12 psi go ahead and go your route also you might want to pick up z32 tt MAF.
