how do u know what seals are bad on a turbo if its leaking oil

If you see it's leaking, it's time to take it off and either get another one or take it to someone to get it rebuilt. Don't rack your brain trying to determine what seal is leaking because it's a headache and most shops will tell you take it off and bring it to them.
