OK...stupid question about rims....

I have a 01 Pathfinder and and want to switch wheels with the 03 style. Both are the same size 16"x7" however , I've read that the 03 six spoke style only fits 03 and 04.......am I missing something?

I have a set of 4 six spokes SE rims off of a 03. I switched to the 17 LE rims.
