Ok, so it smokes at idle a small amount and a lot when I rev it up. I'm not noticing too much when I'm driving at the moment. I pulled the air intake pipe off of the turbo, and I seem to have a lot of play there. I can see a lil smoke coming out from the exhaust side of the housing where the turbo elbow bolts up, and the gasket is bad there, been meaning to fix it, but haven't got around to it. Is there an easy way to determine whether my oil burn is coming from the motor or the turbo that I've missed or do I need to try and remove the whole exhaust manifold and check the valves and exhaust turbine?
