ok Some Help Here Plz Head lights

Ok so i have a huge Problem i was missing around with my head lights on my 240sx 1990. i was trying to do the whole sleepy eyes and crap by cutting the brown wire so when i wanted to put everything back to getter i acciendently touched the brown wire with metal and it sparked so i did what everybody does and checked the relays and fuses so everything was good and i tried to put the lights back down and they wont go down so what can i do

Find the blow fuse, fusible link or relay. Possibly even fried wiring.

well lets see i search all my fuses and relays ive been trying to trouble shoot it myself and that aint working too good
