The drive isn't that crazy. Just long. I'm assuming you guys will be meeting up at around Scripps Poway Pkwy and then heading to the 67 then the 78 through Ramona. Just make sure the forecast doesn't call for snow up there. Last time I made a run up there, it was snowing so be careful.Ricko wrote:Sign me up man. Just got to let me know so I can get out of work. I know its a semi all day thing. Also, I will be trying to do the run before we go so that I know what I am dealing with. From the description it seems pretty crazy.
Its definately not an impossible run...SaiDori wrote:The drive isn't that crazy. Just long. I really wish I could be there for this, whether it be in my A/C or my MR2. I really wish I didn't have to re-locate to Georgia.
for the last run, Ryan printed out a map of the route we took, I'll give him a shout and see if he can get me that info ...RaiderKID wrote:what is the distance of the run? where does it start and end?... im interested btw..

I am NEVER getting an aftermarklet turbo on any of my cars.... waaayy too much up-keep for meMr.Coupe wrote:Talked to Tim Tuesday and he said that his friend was going to have the transmission to him by this Friday. Then Tim said that it would take him about 2-3 days to install everythig into the car. Imma call him on Monday to get the status and might go pick the car up Wednesday. Man I'm so F'EN HAPPY . DOC I'll give you a call if I'm heading down there so we can do the range bruh... .

Well like I spoke to you about it would have been done months ago, but since I wanted that little extra kick it took this long. I should be out there Mid next week to get it bruh. Tim said his transmission specialist friend ran into some small setbacks which is why it couldn't be done this week. And Christmas here he has to take some days off as well as his crew. He said as long as they don't run into problems with the installation it should be done by next week.rjdmmfl1 wrote:

Regardlessof which date we choose, it won't last all day... we should be done by about 3pm, 4pm at the latest...Mr.Coupe wrote:I'm able to do either day, but it's more convinient for me on Saturday because I can visit my sister out there and come back Sunday morning or mid day. This way we can all be rested and ready to start the work week on Monday. Instead of coming home Sunday night and have to wake up early to drag my a** to my office then hit the streets with my crews.
