ok this is the thing i have 1995 nissan had body xcab 4x4 with the vg30e and was looking up some stuff but being able to find info on what i want to do is near impossible

anyway what i want to do is put a q45 into my hardbody what im wandering is if the q45 will bolt up to the auto trans or will i need adaptor plate any help would be appreciated

Sounds like a beast.

they make a good bit of adapter plates for the VH motor. What you have to do is source what the transmission number is then see if there is an adapter place for that transmission.

Then again that's a lot of work for 1.5 more liters.
