Ok, so its wired up, pretty much packed up, just need to put the hood and lights back in...

My front mount should be in soon... Temp gauge is working nicely

But, I dont have heat!!!

Upper radiator hose feels hot when warmed up, lower feels pretty cool... heater hoses in rear of engine that go inside the car feel cool as well...

Did I miss something?

Josh

I'd either say not enough coolant, thremostat, or your heater core hoses in the back you might of crossed them somehow.

Hmm, I was told - probably wrongly, it doesnt matter how you hook them up in the back..

The way I did it was, on the ka there was one with a metal pipe in it connecting 2 hoses, I used the hose on the rb that had the sensor it in for that connection, and the other hose for the other...

The engine is warm/hot to touch, and the upper radiator hose is HOT HOT HOT...

The gauge shows a little under the halfway mark (and will not go any higher even if I rev.. maybe my e fans are too good ahahah...)

Coolant I bled - might still be some air bubbles but I let it run, with the cap off, and filled it up as the bubbles came out... ill check that again in the morning..

Do you have the shutoff valve open on the heater hose? Its the valve with the cable attached.

Mine was on for like an entire year. Wondered why I was always sweating my *** off.

How do you open or close it?

There is a handle/lever type thing with a rubber hose blocker end piece on the end, would that be it?

Well, I tried that, and coolant came out, so..... cold lower + hot upper = stuck thermo according to carolinanissans.com posts..

I jacked it up, only 1 or 2 bubbles came out, but a ton of coolant came out..

heat was luke warm, lower radiator hose was luke warm, so i will go with a stuck thermostat and pick one up at nissan today!

Ok, I massaged the heater lines in the back, and more bubbles came up.. let it idle for about an hour with the radiator cap off and so on...

the heater hoses in the back get luke warm now... so it should be the thermostat eh??

lol..

Ok, got the heat working!!!

There was a bleeder thing on the heater hose!!!, opened that up while the car was running to let the air out, and closed it when it started spraying...

Waiting on my fmic, and driveshaft now!
