OK, QX4 rims aren't THAT cool.

Do my eyes deceive me or has someone put QX4 rims on a Chevy pickup? The only thing I question is that they are 6-lug rims. How many lugs do we have?

as long as its like a Pathy then it is 6x5.5

Chevys do share the same lug pattern as nissan (6 on 5.5 like fukin said) however the center bore is usually smaller on chevys Those are definitely NOT qx4 rims.... same style but definitely something like american racing, etc.

those are a lot wider than QX4 rims and they are shaped different.

I have rims for my snow tires that are originally from a Chevy. They fit fine and Les Schwab didn't suggest a hub centric ring or anything.
