Can a keyless entry remote from a 93 Q45 be programmed to work with a 90 Q45?

I beleive the '90 and '93 remotes are the same, someone correct me if I'm wrong.

My 91 Q45 did not have a keyless remote. Was this an extra-cost option on the 90 or 91 Q?

Sorry let me clear it up a little. The 90-92's didn't have keyless entry (they didn't make it then). They do have a security system but it can only be armed by the key in the door. I'm wanting to know how to add a remote to the existing system in a 90 Q without going through hell and back to do it.

you have to get an aftermarket keyless entry system.
