Ok need some help with Purchase of Car

OK here is the deal 1989 Nissan 240 Hatch very clean manual trans mostly rust free with pig nose bumper and Lip. also comes with a price tag of 600 now the issue is that two of the rear exhaust studs are missing. apparently the guy that has it says that water will leak out of the two holes after it is warmed up. now throwing in two studs will not be a problem. Is this all that the issue is the missing studs?

if water is pouring out once warmed it has a bhg, all tightening the manifold will do is make the water go to the exhaust. It still has a bhg lol
