ok need help diagnosing oil leakage

ok so i recently hit something pretty hard and all of a sudden my sr starts leaking oil only when turned on, i went under to look but it didnt look like the oil pan was leaking (no damage anywhere), oil seems to be comming from what seems to be a small hole in the block just above the thing the oil pan is bolted to, i cant see it with my own eyes or take a pic because there is no space but i can kinda stick my pinky in the hole (wont fit completly), and kinda feels tapered in (so its stock like that), im 90% ure its comming out of this hole, but i cant tell too well because everything so oily even after i wiped it.. any1 expiriance anything like this?

yea but it seems to be comming from a small hole, is there a small hole there? or am i just tripping?

you cant take a pic even close to where its leaking to get an idea?

You're gonna have to put that car on jack stands and get under there with a flashlight.

yeah probably not, if it were the sending unit, oil would be continuosly POURING out, and he said its only happening when he starts it
