!!Ok, My car wont start...!!

So after getting Devil_childs Rb running right, we start on mine to fix the idle problem. Well, here we are with a DVOM probing the idle switch and the idle hunting, while adjusting the tps and finally fixing the leak out of the stock bov.

Well, it sputtered and died on us. Then I noticed that the idle control didnt show any kind of voltage whatsoever, so we check the tps and nothing. Try to start the car and all it does is crank. Ok, so I ruled out that since the starter is directly connected to the battery, you dont need any part of the ecu to turn the engine over duh.

while thinking it over, it magically turns on and I get choked by the damn seatbelt. but the fuel pump primes stops primes again stops etc etc. It still wont start. wtf. Sound like connections?

Basically Clarksville RBs suck. I had just got some 450cc injectors too.

Im confused. It started before but had idle issues? Now all of a sudden it doesnt start?

try checking your battery connections and your ecu plug, make sure they are tight/seated.

so the starter cranks over but the engine wont start and the fuel pump keeps cutting on and off on and off?

Do you and Devil_child have the same motor?

If so try swapping ecus, if that dosent fix it try checking the wiring that had to be connected for the swap, mainly the ecu power and ground and the fuel pump wire.

ok heres the deal:

tryed swaping the ecus to no avail.

as for the wiring, he did have some coolant splash out of the bottle onto his wires around the 8 plug connector so Im gonna check those tomorrow for melts shorts burns rust etc.

wish me luck, cuz i dont wanna hafta pop another 240sx hood for at least 1000 miles.

Nissans suck <3! when i get on mine the windsheld wipers turn on. WTH is that? sounds like a loose wire! mine does the most random ****!
