contact your dealers, spend a day without the car, realize the same issue will arise later the same day you pick up the car... i am livid about this issue, the sound my steering rack makes sounds like something is going to pop!

i had the updated steering rack installed and it didn't do a damn thing... good luck to the rest of you!

this is a new released bulletin which was june 9th, so if you had your rack replaced before that you have the first released rack which still had problems. the new one was investigated by infiniti and consumer affairs and is a deff fix.

I don't know how to get the dealer to replace my rack. I can't tell if it's the cheap tires that are trammeling or the rack. I did take it in for that and even mentioned the TSB but they said the rack is fine. I don't want to replace the tires just yet. They appear fairly new why waste money right?

Cheers

err, I have never heard of this steering rack issue until I just did a search on it after I read it here....so apparently the steering moves to the right or left (something like that)??

I have realized this but minor issue for me....does this affect all M owners?

Also, my warranty is up, so does Infiniti cover this bulletin with an expired warranty?

Thanks for answering all questions in advance.

Is this only for the four wheel model M35 or for all M35s?

Can you post the TSB number and the description of the problem/fix?

Thank you
