Ok, I thought I fixed it

Ok guys, I thought for sure that I had the friggin thing fixed, but I guess I was wrong. It did the whole act like I'm running out of gas thing again today. I already changed the fuel filter. I think that maybe it's over-heating some part that I don't know about. I say this because it only seems to do it when it's really hot outside and I've been running it all day. The radiator is full and the gauge reads a normal cool temp. But I noticed when it does this, there is a big drop in RPM's. I plan on checking the ECU tomorrow to see if the computer says there's anything wrong, but if not, what should I check next? Thanks.
