I see the holes in both connectors where pins could be, but I agree with Larz that you need to check the female end to see if there is even a hole, because lots of electronic connectors have double-keys (in this case, one key would be the missing pin and the other key being where the clip attaches to hold the connector together). Unfortunately, lots of connectors also ignore one of those keys, so I wouldn't say there are definitely missing pins just because the female end does have holes (if there is a pin stuck in the hole like he suggested, the connector is definitely broken, but otherwise, I see lots of connectors that only match to one of the two keys designed for their connection). Unfortunately, I haven't taken mine apart either, so I can't help you beyond that. However, I would think someone should, and I'd recommend trying to change your subject to something someone with appropriate experience would be inclined to read and help with. Or, perhaps you changed the ballasts due to a previous post and you should post the OP from this thread in that thread where people who have probably worked on theirs have responded and potentially subscribed.
