1st Gear: 0-20 km/h2nd Gear: 20-40 km/h3rd Gear: 40-60 km/h4th Gear: 60-80 km/h5th Gear: 80-100 km/h

So this is what my car is like when im driving it.

On the speedometer it says that my car can go 180KM/h. But when im on 5th gear and the speedometer is only on 100km/h my engine sounds like its revved up high. Anyone know why? or is that normal? i really dont think thats normal so im going to ask you guys. Thanks for giving up some of your time. Cheers

sounds like you have a rally converted transmission... just from the way the gears sound...because a 240sx should be able to go over 150km with no problems....have a mechanic check it out and tell you what is up with that...

Also it seems im burning way too much gas like its a V8. It just started doing this, i dont know why this just started happening now.

well yea rally trannys have short gears.....durr so your car is just done...burning gas like a V8....you have noo idea.........

i shift out of fourth around 93mph. i dont know how that converts over to kmh
