4) BONUS question - Of the 4 vacuum lines exiting below the TB, where SHOULD each one lead? I fear one or more may be misguided (note - I no longer have AIV or charcoal canister).

2 go to the pair valve and the other 2 go to the canister. Mine are all blocked off.

Cannot boost over 5psi.

I am thinking wrong wastegate spring or your wastegate is not seated properly.

Me too - I'll bet it's the wrong spring, as boost is consistent at 5 psi (as read by a crappy gauge).

Jesus dude, are you sure this isn't a dodge in disguise? THis is the kind of **** I end up dealing with. I never appreciated a MAP sensor so much until I read this thread.

Found the problem.

Freakin' Tial W/G had the wrong spring. 5-pounder.

Correct spring is on its way.
