Im looking to purchase a

Z Tube, JWT Pop Charger.

Im also looking at doing a spacer and a mrev2.

The only problem is the Mrev2 is 420 dollars on ebay. I know that the 03-04's don't have to install a Mrev2 they just do the spacer.

Can I find a 03-04 and use it and not have to buy the Mrev2?

I also found thishttp://forums.g35club.org/zerothread/341008

Looks like With all this i would be good for about 20-30hp gain in the midrange and 20 or so at peak!

What do you guys think!

Mrevv is $399 at Injected Performance. If your 03/04 does not need it, then don't worry about it. The mrevv was simply a move to improve air flow into one of the cylinders---I think the 6th cylinder, by filing down and smooting out one of the air collectors. With the Pop Charger, alone, you will notice some improvement in gas mileage.

The MREV2 is the non-REVUP lower plenum with some port/polish work done. If you have a dremel, then buying a non-REVUP plenum and doing the work yourself could save you some $$.

Do you think that doing a pop charger and z tube with a spacer would be better than no spacer at all?

Can we bore out our plenum? Why is the older one better?

The REV plenum gives higher peak horsepower, but also sacrifices low end torque. The modified NON rev up plenum gives you the low end torque back and when coupled with the spacer gives you the higher peak horsepower back. So in the end you get the best of both worlds. Suppose to be a 15-20 hp gain.
