ok i found a wrecked 300zx TT at my local junk yard they got loads of J30s too but i talked to the guy there he quoted me for the front calipers,rotors and master cylinder for 150+tax should i doit? and he also said for the j30 diff with axels he wanted $400 is that cool or no?

Not sure how much BMC cost but that might be okay but no way on the diff for $400, $200 is better.

I see LSDs all the time for 100 but not with axels(if you even need them)

Local yard here charge 60 a diff and 20 an axle. So yeah

And for the calipers and such, make sure the rotors arn't junk for one. or just get new aftermarket ones(paid 300 shipped for drilled/slotted all around) also the calipers are the bigger ones, so make sure when you order brakes to get tt ones.

brake set up... maybe, but as stated above dont pay that much for the diff and axles. i got my j30 diff from the albuquerque you pull it for $80

ice on brake setup sounds decent. as stated before, check condition before. if theyre good, then go for it, they're a heck of a lot better than the tiny stock ones

hate to thread jack a lil bit. but is this stuff really that expensive from junk yards? i was gona go pull some j30 front brakes tomorrow. just the calipers. that wont be more than $50 dolla right?i think 150 for used parts that may or may not work is kinda steep.

if you're going to give out info, make sure you give out the correct info. ONLY 1990 n/a z32's had 26mm brakes up front. 1990 tt's and every model of z32 after that year have 30mm brakes. all the rears are the same size.
