ok here is my thinking 95 240sx i am doing auto to manual swap. i know you have read over and over the thing i keep seeing is everyone running wires for the Neutral Position sensor and the 5th gear sensor as well as the reverse lights. In doing this is it because they Kept the Auto harness in there or did they swap to the manual harness no one ever really says which one they used. Im pulling my motor and transmission to do my swap so i am gonna switch harness as well, will that solve all of my wiring issues? My thinking is why do two seperate main harnesses for auto and maual cars. Just change the transmission harness. Any insight into this would be appreciated. thanks for taking the time to look

If you are doing full ecu and wiring harness swap then you should not need to cut/hack. Just swap it all in correctly and you should be ready to roll.

I thought you mean full engine, trans, ecu. I do not believe that is going to just PnP. I personally would spent the extra coin on a engine harness if going as far as stated.
